Founded by an educator and crisis counselor, Rilind Consulting was created to help companies navigate internal and external people-facing challenges by adapting the basic tenets of classroom management and crisis intervention to accommodate the needs of a business setting. Drawing upon over a decade of experience, we provide strategic guidance that enables companies to create safe spaces that foster open communication, enhanced productivity, and exceptional client service.
